Also, I went to my physician for a flu shot. The nurse took my blood pressure just as she always does. ( I have been on BP medication for several years.) She was amazed that my blood pressure was lower than it had been in years.

I have had severe high blood pressure for years. Taking medication I was able to get it down to 150/100. I started taking X2O about 3 months ago. I am a senior and although I'm pretty healthy I have my challenges just because of aging and all the toxins I have ingested. I went back three weeks ago to have my tests run again, and specifically my liver enzymes. The enzyme test was normal and my cholesterol was at 200 and my triglycerides at 66. Yes, I have to watch my eating, and making sure I change some of those negative eating habits, and eat more of the right kinds of food as well! Since I've been on this product, as I have told you previously, I am not on coffee or pops (caffeine products!) The has been a good change! The cholesterol level is at NORMAL now, and I do not have to take any medication for it, and I took that for years!
I, personally, do not like to be on so many prescriptions and medications. I feel that some of those have negative side effects! But, to continue on as I do, I have had to be on a number of prescriptions over many years! To be only taking half of them at this time, is a 'wonder' to me, and it really makes me feel good, and thankful that I was ever introduced to Xooma X20!
