Zeb and my daughter, Martha Vann, enjoy a healthy snack after having some fun with backyard sports.
My son, Zeb Alford. His basketball team was 16-0 and won the city championship.
Independently, Zeb won the 2008 State Free Throw Contest making 47 of 50 free throws in a row! He also won the 2008 Southern US Free Throw Contest, and placed in the Top 10 Nationally of 12-13 year old free-throw shooters. X2O was at his side all the way!

He is the X2O Ambassador of Martin Middle School where he wears #4 on the basketball team. Zeb never misses an opportunity to advise friends and teammates to drop the soda pop and sugar from their daily diet.

Martha Vann Alford, aka Striker, has scored over 50 goals in 3 years of CASL Soccer (that's no small foot.. I mean feat!) She recently was awarded her team's 2009 Most Complete Player , and Best Passer Awards.
In her quest to become a city-champion swimmer, Martha was awarded her team's MVP Award.
Martha recently won the Blue Cross / Blue Shield's Healthy Living Poster Contest giving her school (Fred A. Olds) a $5,000 grant for playground equipment.
She also read 10,667 non-homework pages outside of class to win 1st Place in her school's reading contest. Martha was visited by some of the Carolina Hurricanes, Stanley-Cup Winning Hockey Team at school and was awarded 4 special tickets to see the Hurricanes battle it out at home in Raleigh, NC.
Martha Vann never misses a chance to enjoy X2O Limeonade BLAST with a book every night. She never misses an opportunity to advise friends and teammates to eat healthy and drop the soda pop and sugar from their daily diet.
